Send one brief for the whole requirement. For several machines or sites, list each deployment separately so quantities, dates and responsibilities remain clear.

- Site address and country, access restrictions and the site contact
- Start date, weekly, monthly or yearly duration, and expected working hours
- Transport, operator, fuel and other services you need included in the quotation
