Clear Responsibilities, Supported Rentals
Equipment rental involves people, machinery and a live working site. Tracking, insurance and support matter—and so does a clear record of what has been agreed.
Every Unit Insured and Tracked
Every rental unit is insured and tracked through GPS/IoT telematics. Location and usage visibility support rental oversight; they do not replace inspections or safe operation.
Confirm the applicable insurance cover, exclusions and claim requirements for your booking. Transit, loading and unloading insurance are not included by default in the standard transport charge and must be expressly agreed in writing.
24-Hour Breakdown Support
RIGR provides round-the-clock breakdown support, backed by a regional spares inventory. Report the machine, site location and fault through +91 92667 67700 so the support team can assess the next steps.
Our published fleet uptime is 98%+. Maintenance and operational monitoring support that performance; the figure is not a promise of uninterrupted operation or a fixed repair time for an individual booking.
Agree the Operating Record
Record the machine's condition and meter reading at handover and return. Agree who maintains the daily engine-hours record, how overtime is measured and how discrepancies are raised. Report damage or faults promptly rather than waiting for the final invoice.
Daily safety inspections and site induction remain essential. Equipment, attachments and operating arrangements must be suitable for the approved task and site conditions.
Compliance in the Right Jurisdiction
For deployments in India, RIGR provides GST documentation and listed equipment meets applicable Central Pollution Control Board emissions norms. These are India-specific statements, not substitutes for project permissions or local operating restrictions.
For Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan, confirm the relevant local documentation, permissions and responsibilities for the deployment. Indian registration or emissions documentation should not be treated as approval to operate in another country.
A Written Scope and a Documented Process
Your quotation should distinguish rental, operator, transport, fuel, maintenance, insurance, taxes and any additional services. Standard transport does not include unloading or on-site handling unless expressly quoted.
The Terms of Service, Transportation Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy govern their respective subjects alongside the booking documents. For a condition or damage dispute, RIGR reviews the evidence from both sides under the published process. This page does not replace those policies.
