Know the Scope Before You Book
A useful rental quote makes the machine, working schedule and responsibilities clear. Here are the essentials for planning a booking with RIGR.
Start With the Site Brief
Send the equipment or task, site address and country, required dates, rental duration, expected engine hours and contact details. Add access restrictions, attachments and any other machines needed for the same phase of work.
Where Is RIGR Live?
RIGR is live across India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan. Send your actual site location even if it does not appear in a city list. We confirm the equipment, route and deployment arrangements for that site.
Which Rental Periods Can I Choose?
Weekly, monthly and yearly rentals are available. Tell us the start date, expected working hours and project end date. Included hours, overtime and any extension terms must be confirmed in your quotation.
Do I Need an Account to Request Equipment?
No account is needed to submit a Request Equipment enquiry. Give us your name, phone number and project details. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a machine; availability and pricing are confirmed separately.
Is an Operator Included?
RIGR's standard equipment rental includes a qualified operator matched to the machine type. Confirm the agreed shifts, included hours, overtime and any project-specific operator requirements in the written quotation.
What Is Included in the Price?
The standard rental rate covers the equipment and operator. Transport is separately chargeable. Confirm fuel, maintenance responsibilities, insurance scope, taxes, included hours, overtime and meter reporting in writing. Only services expressly included in the quotation form part of the agreed price.
Does Transport Include Unloading and Transit Insurance?
Not by default. Unloading, on-site handling and transit insurance need to be requested and expressly included in the written quotation. The Transportation Policy explains the standard scope and your site-access and receiving responsibilities.
Is Every Machine Insured and Tracked?
Yes. Every rental unit is insured and tracked through GPS/IoT telematics. Ask for the applicable cover and reporting arrangements for your booking. Rental insurance does not automatically include transit, loading or unloading cover.
What Happens if a Machine Breaks Down?
RIGR provides 24-hour breakdown support. Call +91 92667 67700 with your booking reference, machine, location and fault details. Follow the site's safety procedures and do not continue operating unsafe equipment. Support availability is not a guaranteed repair or replacement time.
Can I Request Several Machines or Sites Together?
Yes. Submit one consolidated requirement, with a separate line for each equipment type and site. Include quantities, configurations, start dates and durations. RIGR can review the combined brief and confirm availability and scope for each deployment.
How Do the Passenger Hoist Capacity Options Work?
Choose 500 kg, 1 ton or 2 ton as the total capacity across the selected single- or double-cage configuration—not per cage. Double cage does not double the selected capacity. Enter height manually from 10 m to 100 m inclusive. RIGR must approve the site-specific configuration and loading.
Can I Request a Horizontal Directional Drill?
Yes. Select Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) and share the proposed bore route, length, installation diameter, ground information and site access. RIGR confirms the machine and scope after reviewing the requirement; the category listing does not specify a model or stock quantity.
Do GST and CPCB Requirements Apply in Every Country?
Our GST documentation and applicable CPCB emissions-compliance statements relate to deployments in India. Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan have their own applicable requirements. Documentation, permissions and responsibilities must be confirmed for the country and site concerned.
How Do Cancellations, Deposits and Damage Disputes Work?
The published Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out cancellation charges, inspection, deposit deductions and refund procedures. Read it alongside your booking documents before confirming. Contact RIGR with your booking reference if your dates change or you need to dispute a condition assessment.
How Can I List Equipment With RIGR?
Use List Your Equipment and provide the machine's specifications, location, service history and current documentation. Listings are reviewed before rental. Applicable insurance, condition and jurisdiction-specific requirements must be met; submitting a listing does not guarantee utilisation.
